This hotel is perfect for both relaxation and nightlife. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach road near Soi 6, making it easy to access all the fun and excitement this area has to offer. Plus, it's close to Central Pattaya shopping...

Procedures at the entry gate for cars should be simplified... It takes way too long and whilst waiting to enter, one is obstructing the traffic in the street! That shouldn't be a too big problem!

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was central yet relaxing and tranquil.

There are a few good things about this particular hotel. There is a very strong kind of discipline inside. But I quite liked the silence of the hotel. That was good.

I didnt like the low status of guest serves. And extremely low hospitality to guests of the hotel, from the serves people point of view.

The hotel offered a variety of activities, including yoga and Thai boxing classes, which we enjoyed. The pool was also very nice and clean. Additionally, the hotel was located near the beach, making it easy for us to take a quick dip...

The wi fi does not have, also the internet is very slow, need improvmore the internet wi fi, guest can not disconnect from the world when in the hotel. I like a lot my staying, I will come back

the hotel was in a great location and although it was next to all the busy streets you couldnt hear any noise from the hotel. The pool was fantastic. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful....  

Located in a prime spot on beach road, the hotel is close to both the entertainment area and the Central Pattaya shopping center. the rooms are spacious, and the garden surroundings provide for a peaceful stay. the breakfast is deliciously served via menu orders and the service is warm and welcoming.

The water pressure in the bathroom could be stronger.

The room I stayed in at Tropicana was very spacious and had windows on two sides, providing a bright and airy atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure. I also enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool was pleasant to relax by and the service at the poolside was satisfactory. The breakfast, although not gourmet, was decent for a short stay. I would recommend this hotel.
